OUR STORY
A house of treasure, built on craft
Sahiba was founded to keep a centuries-old craft alive: master artisans, trained since childhood, still weave every piece by hand, following techniques carried along the ancient trade routes of the Silk Road.
At the heart of our collection are Persian-style hand-knotted rugs — some carrying over 1,700 knots per square inch, others taking years to complete. Woven, washed, dried and finished entirely by hand, a well-chosen rug becomes a family heirloom that can last for generations.

Hand-knotted in silk and cotton, each rug follows a pattern encoded on an ancient instruction sheet called the Taleem, guarded and handed down from one generation of weavers to the next.
